I. General Definitions

  • The Service Provider’s services consist of providing free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Users to access content such as posts, articles, audiovisual materials, web applications, and electronic forms.
  • Any content, articles, or information bearing the characteristics of guidance or advice published on the Service constitutes only a general collection of information and is not directed at individual Users. The Service Provider bears no liability for how Users make use of such content.
  • The User assumes full responsibility for how they use the materials made available through the Service, including compliance with applicable law.
  • The Service Provider provides no warranty as to the suitability of materials published on the Service.
  • The Service Provider bears no liability for any damages suffered by Users or third parties in connection with use of the Service. All risk associated with using the Service, and in particular with using the information published on it, is borne by the User.

III. Conditions of Use

  • Use of the Service is free of charge and voluntary.
  • Users are required to read these Terms and any documents forming an integral part thereof, and must accept them in full in order to continue using the Service.
  • Users may not use any personal data obtained through the Service for marketing purposes.
  • Technical requirements for using the Service:

    • Any web browser that renders pages in accordance with W3C standards and supports HTML5

  • To ensure the security of the Service Provider, Users, and other Users, all Users should follow generally accepted internet security practices.
  • The following actions are prohibited, whether performed personally or via software:
    • Decompiling or analyzing the source code without written consent
    • Causing excessive server load without written consent
    • Attempting to detect security vulnerabilities or server configuration without written consent
    • Attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, or software that could harm the Service, other Users, or the Service Provider
    • Attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, or software designed to track or steal User or Service Provider data
    • Any actions intended to damage, disable, or prevent the Service from fulfilling its purpose
  • In the event of a detected or potential cybersecurity incident or GDPR breach, Users should first notify the Service Provider in order to quickly resolve the issue and protect the interests of all Users.

IV. Registration

  • Users may use the Service without registering.
  • Registration is required to access additional services available only to logged-in Users.
  • Registration is voluntary and free of charge.
  • Each User may hold only one account.
  • Technical requirements for registration:

  • By registering, Users consent to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider to the extent entered during registration, and to subsequent modifications or deletion of such data.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete User accounts at its discretion, thereby limiting or blocking access to some or all services, content, materials, or resources of the Service — particularly if a User violates these Terms, applicable law, social norms, or acts to the detriment of the Service Provider, other Users, or third parties.
  • Any services of the Service may be modified, added, removed, temporarily suspended, or restricted at the Service Provider’s sole discretion, without the possibility of objection by Users.
  • Additional account security rules:
    • Registered Users must not share their login credentials with third parties.
    • The Service Provider will never request a User’s password.
  • Account deletion:
    • Users may delete their accounts at any time via the account panel after logging in.
    • Deletion results in the removal of all identifying data and anonymization of the username and email address.

V. Newsletter

  • Use of the Service does not require subscribing to the Newsletter.
  • Subscribing to the Newsletter is voluntary and free of charge.
  • Technical requirements: an individual email address.
  • Subscription conditions:
    • Providing a valid email address in the electronic form
    • Verifying the email address by clicking the link sent to it
    • Consenting to receive email notifications
  • Newsletter scope:
    • Notifications about new content, posts, contests, and promotional activities related to the Service
    • Notifications about promotions from Service partners (marketing messages)
  • Unsubscribing:
    • Users may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every newsletter email.
    • Unsubscribing results in the removal of the email address from the Service Provider’s database.

VI. Communication and Other Services

  • The Service provides the following interaction tools:

    • Article and post commenting
  • The Service provides the following contact details:

  • When a User contacts the Service Provider, personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
  • Rules for User-submitted content:
    • Offensive or defamatory content directed at the Service Provider, other Users, or third parties is prohibited
    • Publishing text, graphics, audiovisual materials, scripts, or other works for which the User does not hold a license or explicit permission is prohibited
    • Vulgar, pornographic, erotic, or otherwise unlawful content or links to such content are prohibited
    • Scripts or software that overload the server, illegal software, or software designed to circumvent security measures are prohibited
    • Marketing content or advertisements for other commercial services, products, or websites are prohibited

VII. Data Collection

The Service Provider collects and processes certain User data in order to provide services correctly, protect the Service Provider’s legal interests, and ensure legal compliance.

The Service uses cookies to save certain anonymous information about Users.

  • Automatically collected data (via Google Analytics, anonymized):
    • IP address, browser type, screen resolution, approximate location, subpages visited, time spent on each subpage, operating system, referring URL, browser language, connection speed, ISP, and anonymous demographic data (gender, age, interests), as well as remarketing data
  • Data collected during registration: username, full name, email address. For logged-in Users, a session identifier linked to the account may be stored in cookies.
  • Data collected during newsletter sign-up: email address

VIII. Copyright

  • The Service Provider is the owner of the Service and all associated copyrights.
  • Some content published on the Service is protected by copyrights belonging to third-party companies, institutions, or individuals unrelated to the Service Provider, and is used under obtained licenses or free-use licenses.
  • Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, it is prohibited to use, copy, or reproduce in any form, or store in search systems (excluding Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn) any articles, descriptions, images, or other content from the Service without written consent from the rights holder.
  • In accordance with the same Act, simple press information — understood as raw facts without commentary or author evaluation — is not protected. The Service Provider interprets this as permitting the use of factual information from published texts, but not the copying of whole or partial articles, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the given material.

IX. Amendments to the Terms

  • The Service Provider may amend these Terms at any time and unilaterally, without providing reasons.
  • Registered Users will be notified of any changes via email.
  • For Users without an account, changes take effect immediately upon publication.
  • For registered Users, changes take effect after a 7-day transition period.
  • Continued use of the Service after an amendment is deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

X. Final Provisions

  • The Service Provider bears no liability, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for content submitted or published by Users, or for its accuracy, reliability, authenticity, or legal defects.
  • The Service Provider will make every effort to provide the Service on a continuous basis but bears no liability for disruptions caused by force majeure, unauthorized User interference, or external automated programs.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to modify any information on the Service at any time without prior notice to Users.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily or permanently shut down the Service, in whole or in part, for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons, without prior notice.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently shut down the Service without prior notice.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to assign, in part or in full, any rights and obligations related to the Service, without User consent or the possibility of objection.
